About Cannaisseur Series
Start the New Year refreshed and revitalized with this special Cannaisseur Brunch event. We are pulling out all of the big guns for a one of a kind experience that is surely to help you get this year started off right.
Upon arrival you will be greeted at the Welcome Hour with an open bar of mimosa, coffee, tea and canna-mocktails. Here you will have a chance to taste fresh mildly medicated edibles from the kitchen, a vapor bar showcasing high quality extracts, meet the flower sponsors as well as try edibles from a local provider and mingle with the other guests.
The Cannaisseur Series has invited the talented cannabis yoga instructor and founder of Ganja Yoga, Dee Dussault to teach a simple flow yoga session to follow the 'Welcome Hour'. After the yoga practice we will migrate to the dining hall to enjoy an elevated allergen-free brunch.
The Brunch Menu
The chef has created a special 4 course Non-Medicated menu that will include no allergens (No Dairy, Gluten, Sugar, Nuts, Eggs, Soy, Corn) to show that a incredibly delicious brunch can exist without any of the usual suspects. To start your New Year fresh we want to leave you with some ideas on how to eat non-allergenic foods and what to look out for. This means that we will offer only one menu and will not have vegetarian/vegan options available for this event. In between food courses we will sample a curated list of cannabis joint intermezzos from Madrone Farms that will include sativa, cbd and indica strains.
Chef Coreen and her team will prepare your meal in the open kitchen as her fiance and cannabis entrepreneur Ryan acts as your host for the afternoon. He will guide you along your journey of exploring an array of cannabis while discussing the current and future climate of the cannabis industry in California.
Our goal is to create the most comfortable and relaxed environment with tasty food, plenty to drink and wonderful people. At the end of the brunch each guest will be taking home a gift bag (worth $75 or more) with a sampling of some of the days offerings and a few surprises.
